We understand choosing sizing online can be very daunting at the best of times. Here at Clinch we only offer two strap sizes to make the decision process easier.
Our rule of thumb is if you are between Australian clothing sizes 6 -12 we recommend you purchase a S/M. If you are a size 14-20 purchase a M/L. Don't hesitate if you purchase a belt and it is too long as the belt strap can be very easily shortened by your local cobbler with no sign of adjustment.

We have teamed up with skilled jewellers to produce buckles of the best possible quality while upholding high ethical production practices; our buckles are made without the use of any harsh chemicals.
We strive to reuse metals as much as possible without affecting the luxurious quality of the finished piece. Currently we are proud to say that our silver buckles are made from 100% recycled Sterling silver. Our brass buckles are made from more than 30% recycled brass metal.

Do I pay for shipping and returns?
We offer free shipping domestically within Australia for all orders over $150AUD and all international orders over $299. We will also cover the cost of returns within Australia. If you need to return an item, please get in contact with out customer service team.
If you are under the free shipping threshold costs are as follows:
Australian Shipping: $15AUD
International Shipping: $30AUD
All international orders are sent via DHL express.
As an international customer, will I have to pay my customs and duties?
Yes, all international customers are responsible for the taxes incurred upon receiving the delivery. As these taxes vary from country to country, we advise getting in contact with your local customs office for a quote. By law we are required to state the full value of the items which can be included in an invoice if customs requires it. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately this is out of our control.
How do I know my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email, which will include all tracking information. Clinch Belts operates during regular business hours Monday-Friday, so packages are prepared quite quickly! Do keep in mind there is no post pick ups on weekend or Australian public holidays so all orders are dispatched on working weekdays.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do! Express shipping will be an additional $15 upon checkout for all Australian orders. International orders are automatically posted via DHL express. All domestic orders are posted via Australia Post.

We'll always try to make sure you love your Clinch Belt, but sometimes - despite our many interchangeable belt options - our belts might not be a good match, or maybe you've changed your mind.
No matter the reason, we'll offer an exchange, store credit or refund for any items purchased at full price that are returned in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase. We'll also happily exchange or offer a store credit (for the amount paid) for sale items or items purchased at a discount that are returned in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase.
