SHIPPING FAQ's

My item(s) are wrong, damaged or missing?

If you have received the wrong item, or the item is damaged or missing, please contact our customer service team at info@clinchbelts.com – we will always look after you and ensure you are left with the right product. 

As an international customer, will I have to pay my customs and duties?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for the taxes incurred upon receiving the delivery. As these taxes vary from country to country, we advise getting in contact with your local customs office for a quote. By law we are required to state the full value of the items which can be included in an invoice if customs requires it. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately this is out of our control. 

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email, which will include all tracking information. Clinch Belts operates during regular business hours Monday to Friday, so packages are prepared quite quickly! Do keep in mind there are no parcel pickups on weekends, so all orders are dispatched on weekdays.

Do you offer express shipping?

If you need your belt in a hurry we offer express domestic shipping. Please contact us to arrange this at info@clinchbelts.com. International orders are automatically posted via DHL express. All domestic orders are posted via Australia Post. 

Do I pay for shipping and returns?

We offer free shipping domestically within Australia for all orders over $159. We will also cover the cost of returns within Australia. If you need to return an item, please get in contact with our customer service team. 

 

 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We offer shipping using Australia Post, which generally delivers within four to eight working days (or a little longer if you're in a remote area). 

If you need your belt in a hurry we offer express domestic shipping. Please contact us to arrange this at info@clinchbelts.com. 

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on pickup from your nearest post office. Please note that we are not able to change the delivery address once an order has left our warehouse. To change the address once your order has left our warehouse, please log in to your Australia Post account and submit a re-direction request. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 

We ship via DHL Express. Make sure you enter your email and mobile phone number to receive delivery updates. Where available, you will be able to select your delivery time via DHL’s On Demand Delivery.

Please check your country's import duties and taxes before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred. 

Unfortunately, due to laws and regulations, we are unable to ship to Russia. 

If you are wanting to return your order, return shipping costs are to be paid by you. 

 

CURRENCY

All prices shown are in AUD and are inclusive of 10% GST. Prices shown at the checkout will be converted to your local currency of origin.
