Social Media Coordinator/ Marketing Assistant 

We’re on the hunt for a social media marketing superstar to join Clinch Belts! This full-time Melbourne-based role requires you to have strong organisation and copywriting skills, to be proficient in using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. You are obsessed with fashion and love driving conversations. You’ll go above and beyond to get the job done and be happy to work independently as well as alongside our director.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with current digital trends in social media and bring new ideas.

  • Copywriting across social posts, eDMs, blog posts and website.

  • Drive influencer relations.

  • Build and grow community relationships across Social media channels- Engage with our social communities across all platforms - to be responsible for responding to all comments, answering questions, queries, adding personality to the brand responses within the tone of voice guidelines.

  • Daily upkeep and management of social media channels – such as reviewing channels daily, product tagging, checking tags, etc.

  • Daily review of tagged images, filing content to optimise across appropriate platforms and channels.

  • Scheduling all approved social content across all channels, alongside posting all content that cannot be auto-published.

  • Assist with content photo and video shoots for social channels - bonus if you a wiz with tiktok and reels.

  • Assisting with organising marketing and ecommerce campaigns.

  • Highly organised, efficient and self-motivated in your everyday attitude.

  • Great communicator who loves building relationships.

  • You live and breathe digital and know socials inside out.

  • You live for fashion and you stay up to date with the who’s who.

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask.

  • You take ownership of your tasks and take pride in what you do.

  • Flexible with work hours and willing to assist with other projects within marketing and the broader business.


Experience:

  • Minimum two years experience in a Social Media role in an e-commerce business.

  • Savvy across all social media channels – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest.

  • Proficient in social media scheduling tools.

  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry.

  • Adaptable to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Experience in Shopify preferred but not required.
