Yes, all international customers are responsible for the taxes incurred upon receiving the delivery. As these taxes vary from country to country, we advise getting in contact with your local customs office for a quote. By law we are required to state the full value of the items which can be included in an invoice if customs requires it. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused – unfortunately this is out of our control.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email, which will include all tracking information. Clinch Belts operates during regular business hours Monday to Friday, so packages are prepared quite quickly! Do keep in mind there are no parcel pickups on weekends, so all orders are dispatched on weekdays.

Yes, we do! Express shipping will be an additional $15 upon checkout for all Australian orders. International orders are automatically posted via DHL express. All domestic orders are posted via Australia Post. Orders leave our warehouse every weekday, excluding Victorian public holidays. Express shipping may not be available during SALE periods.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on pickup from your nearest post office. Please note that we are not able to change the delivery address once an order has left our warehouse. To change the address once your order has left our warehouse, please log in to your Australia Post account and submit a re-direction request.
For Australian orders, we ship via Australia Post.
For international orders, we ship via DHL Express. Make sure you enter your email and mobile phone number to receive delivery updates. Where available, you will be able to select your delivery time via DHL’s On Demand Delivery.
